Ingredients

  • In heave saucepan mix:
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 3/4 cups diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2.5 cup water
  • Cook above and don't drain
  • 4 t flour
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 4 T butter
  • Melt together and add:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1.5 tsp worchesertshire
  • 1/4 cup cubed velvet a (use more!)
  • When thickened , and cheese is melted, combine potato mixture and add 1 can rotel
