Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 3 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped celery
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni, drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine mayo, sour cream, cider vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and black pepper.
Combine the macaroni with dressing, then stir in celery, pepper and parsley.
Chill for one hou.
