Carmel Glazed Sea Scallops

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tbs water
• 1 tsp corn syrup
• 2 tbs olive oil
• 4 tbs of butter

Preparation

Step 1

salt and pepper scallops to taste
in a small sauce pan at low heat combine the sugar, water, and syrup mixed together and simmer

coat sea scallops with 1/2 cup of sugar
cook the scallops until glazed then add the remaining ingredients
