Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon EVOO
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- Kosher salt and ground pepper
- 1 head butter lettuce, separate into leaves
- 2 tablespoons slices of bacon or pancetta
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 1-1/2 oz. Roquefort cheese or other Blue Cheese, crumbled

Step 1
Mix first 4 ingredients and spread over lettuce and add the rest of ingredients.
