Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg white cake mix
• 2 boxes Danish Dessert, strawberry or raspberry
• 1-2 Ibs strawberries or raspberries, washed stem removed
• 1/2 pint whipping cream
• 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
• 2 c powder sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare and bake cake as instructed. Cool. Meanwhile whip whipping cream. Then add cream cheese and powder sugar. Spread over the cake and chill. Follow the glaze recipe on the Danish dessert. Add fruit and chill. Keep an eye on it. You want it to start to thicken but don't set it. Once it starts to thicken pour it over the cake and refrigerate until it sets completely.
