Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (19 oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 T vanilla
- 1 T confectioner's sugar for dusting
- Fresh raspberries for serving

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9" round cake pan.
Melt chocolate chips in microwave for @ 2 min., stirring every 20 seconds after first minute, until melted & smooth.
Combine beans & eggs in food processor; blend until smooth. Pour in melted chocolate & vanilla & blend until smooth. Transfer batter to prepared cake pan.
Bake 40 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pan on wire rack 10-15 min. before inverting onto serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar; garnish with raspberries & serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
