Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 quart oysters
- 1/4 cup cracker crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, add flour, and cook for five minutes. Stir constantly. Add paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Cook for 3 minutes. Add onion, green pepper, and garlic. Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Take from fire and add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and oysters. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
