Sherry Mushroom Rice

Ingredients
- 1 Tb of butter and add
- 1 pint of sliced button mushrooms and
- 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4 cup of sherry and saute until mushrooms have shrunken and are soft (8 min on medium heat).
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can of French onion soup
- 1/2 soup can of water
- 1/4 c or less of Parmesan cheese
- Rosemary to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Saute' mushrooms in butter, salt, & rosemary until the mushrooms have shrunken and are soft (about 8 minutes on medium heat
Pour mushrooms and excess cooking liquid into a measuring cup and add water (or more sherry!) until it totals 1 cup
Add mushrooms & liquid to rice, soup, and water
Steam in the rice cooker or on the stove if you prefer
Garnish with Parmesan cheese and rosemary
