Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 (15.25 ounce) cans creamed corn
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) package dry Jiffy corn bread/muffin bread mix
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Do not use a deep dish. Use 9 1/2 x 13 - NOT 9 x 9.

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add corn, eggs, corn bread mix, onions, salt & pepper. Mix well.

3. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until firm.
