  • 1 LB BEEF SIRLOIN CUT THINLY
  • 1/4 C DRY SHERRY
  • 1 1/2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
  • 1 TSP GRATED GINGER
  • 1 TSP DARK SESAME OIL
  • 1/4 TO 1/2 CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • 2 C COOKED RAMEN NOODLES
  • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONION OR CILANTRO

Step 1

COMBINE FIRST 6 INGREDIENTS. PLACE IN PLASTIC BAG MARINADE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES. DRAIN MEAT FROM MARINADE RESERVING IT AND COOK MEAT NONSTICK SKILLET OVER MED HEAT FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES. MIX MARINADE WITH 2 TSP CORNSTARCH AND 1/4 C WATER. ADD TO SKILLET AND BRING TO BOIL. STIR IN COOKED NOODLES. SPRINKLE WITH GREEN ONIONS AND SERVE.
