Baked Cod with Parmesan Crumb Topping

Ingredients
- 1 # fish
- 1/8 c. grated parmesan
- 1/8 c. bread crumbs
- 2 T melted butter
- 1 T. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 425F.
In baking dish (lined with foil for easy clean up), season fish with salt and pepper. ( I also sprinkle with garlic powder)
In box, mix parmesan and bread crumbs. Add butter and olive oil and stir until crumbly.
Sprinkle over fish. Bake 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
