Cilantro-Tomato Salsa

  • 1 cup diced seeded plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 6 hours ahead. Cover and chill.)

This recipe yields about 1 cup.
