  • approx. 1kg (2lbs) steelhead trout
  • 1/4 cup butter, very soft
  • lemon slices (or sprinkles juice)
  • 2 Tblsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tblsp dry mustard
  • Hy's seasoned salt
  • chives



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350, making sure oven is heated before placing uncovered fish in oven

Using fork poke holes in fish
spread butter on fish
Mix brown sugar & dry mustard, spread on fish
Sprinkle Hy's on top
Layer chives on top
Layer sliced lemons (or sprinkle juice)
