    cup butter, very soft

  • lemon slices (or sprinkles juice)

    Tblsp brown sugar

  • 1

    Tblsp dry mustard

  • Hy's seasoned salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350, making sure oven is heated before placing uncovered fish in oven Using fork poke holes in fish spread butter on fish Mix brown sugar & dry mustard, spread on fish Sprinkle Hy's on top Layer chives on top Layer sliced lemons (or sprinkle juice)
