• 1 c water
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2/3 c grated fresh onion
• 1 1/3 tbsp sugar
• 1 1/3 tsp salt
• 2/3 c whole wheat flour
• 3 1/3 c bread flour
• 2 tbsp non fat dry milk
• 2 1/2 t yeast
