Oven Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • Thin asparagus
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 1/2 T. grated parm. or parm/ reggiano cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1.2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 425°.

2.Place asparagus into mixing bowl & drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat, then sprinkle with cheese,
garlic, salt & pepper. Arrange in baking sheet in single layer.

3.Bake till just tender – 12 – 15 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
