Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients
- 9 Lasagna noodles
- 1 ob. ground beef
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each)diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
- 2 cans leaf spinach
- 1 pkg. ricotta cheese
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to package and drain.
Cook meat with tomatoes in skillet over medium high heat.
Drain spinach well, squeezing out excess liquid and blend with ricotta cheese.
Layer 3 noodles, 1/2 spinach mixtures, 1/3 tomato beef mixture an1/3 cheese in 9 x 13 baking pan, Repeat ending with noodles, tomatoes and meat and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
