Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 8 slices crisp cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 sleeve butter crackers (Ritz)
  • 3 Tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cream cheese, mayo, and swiss cheese and mix well. Stir in the onions and bacon. Spread into a shallow baking dish (about 8 x 8). Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
