Ingredients
- 4 oz macaroni pasta dry
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 4 cup romaine lettuce
- 3/8 cup Italian Dressing low fat
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta as directed
Hard boil the eggs
Half the cherry tomatoes
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine
If packing to go, place 1 1/2 Tbsp dressing on the bottom of each container followed by equal amounts of tomatoes, pasta, pepper, and eggs, and topped of with 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup strawberries, and 1 Tbsp hemp seeds (This will keep the lettuce from getting soggy). Just toss together before eating.
