- 1/2 cup milk
- 2/3 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup bread flour
- 2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Fleischmann's® Bread Machine Yeast
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed

Preparation
Step 1
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by manufacturer, adding carrots with milk.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium crust color. Adjust dough consistency, if needed, according to the Note. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
