Pressure Cooker Cauliflower Puree
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 medium cauliflower, cored
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste

Cooking time 3mins
1. Place all ingredients in the inner pot, and place the lid on the cooker. Lock lid with the nandle and pressure valve pointed to the seal position. Select the brown mode. Press and hold the cook time button until 3 minutes is showing in the display window.
2. After 3 minutes, the timer will reach 0 and the cooker will automatically switch to the warm mode. Turn the pressure valve to the vent position. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
3. Mash the cauliflower with a hand mixer or food processor. Serve.
