Ingredients
- Optional:
- 12 oz ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans basil oregano flavored tomatoes
- 2 oz noodles, cooked
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Can add chopped up zucchini, broccoli or other vegie of your choice.

Preparation
Step 1
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a 3 quart saucepan cook beef, onion, and garlic over med heat, stir to break up meat and cook till browned. Remove from heat
3. Add tomatoes, noodles oregano, salt and pepper.
4. Spoon into 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake until heated through and cheese melted. 15-20 minutes.
