Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 quarts popped corn
- 12 oz mixed nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Pop corn and set aside. Combine butter, brown sugar, syrup and salt in saucepan. Stir mixture until it boils.
Cook for 5 minutes without stirring. Add soda and vanilla.
Remove from heat. Pour caramel mixture over popped corn. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
