Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
  • 1/4 C. Sour Cream
  • 1 T. Sugar
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1/2 t. Lemon zest (fresh)
  • 6 to 8 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 3/4 C. Sliced Strawberries
  • 1 T. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 C. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil or enough to fry the Chimichangas

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix the Cream Cheese and Sour Cream together. Then add the Sugar, Vanilla and Lemon Zest. At this point you will need to fold in the Strawberries. Try not the blend to much just until the berries are equally distributed.

2. Place the mixture into each Tortilla then roll it up and stick a toothpick into each one. Place each one into the HOT Vegetable Oil and fry until golden brown.

3. Mix the 1/4 C. Sugar and the Cinnamon together and roll each filled Tortillas in it as it comes out of the Oil.
