Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 8 large potates
  • salt
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook potatoes with salt, drain and mash as usual.

2. Add all other ingredients to mashed potatoes. Mix well. Turn into 2-1/2 quart casserole.

3. Mix the topping ingredients in a sauce pan and heat until all of the margarine is melted. Sprinkle over potato mixture.

3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes until browned.
