Ingredients

  • 2 cans 16 oz. whole corn, drained
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Step 1

Set oven to 350. Mix all ingredients except save 1/2 of the margarine. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Top with rest of margarine and bake for 30 min.
