Banana Cream Cookies


These banana cream cookies have amazing banana flavor and a creamy finish. Whip them up in less than 30 minutes and enjoy!

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3.4 ounces banana pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips

Step 1

Blend together butter, sugars, and eggs. Add in pudding and vanilla.

Mix in 1 1/4 cups of the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.

Add remaining cup of flour and stir until uniform. Add in pecans and white chocolate chips.

Place dough in balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°F or until the bottoms are golden brown.
