- 3/4 cup instant potato (dry)
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup mayo

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Combine potatoes, cheese & oregano
Brush breast with mayo & dip in mixture
Place on jelly roll pan & bake for 25 minutes or until done
