Cabbage Crunch Salad

  • 1 medium head chinese cabbage
  • 1 package chicken flavored instant noodles
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper



Step 1

Crush noodles and brown in oil. Add almonds, stirring occasionally until toasted. Then add sesame and sunflower seeds and continue stirring until all browned.

Mix dressing and add flavour packet from noodles to the dressing. Pour dressing over cabbage and onion. Sprinkle seed and noodles mixture on top and serve.
