Ingredients
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 3/4 cups cold milk, divided 1 3/4 & 1
- 1 prepared 9 inch graham cracker pie shell
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package 4oz coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Beat pudding mix and 1 3/4 cups milk in medium bowl with electric mixer until thick
pour into pie crust and refrigerate 1 hour
Beat remaining 1 cup milk, whipped topping mix and vanilla with electric mixer in large bowl
beat 4 minutes at high or until thick and fluffy spread on pie
sprinkle coconut evenly on pie
refrigerate until ready to serve
