Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo shrimp-peeled
  • 1/2 c. seafood stuffing
  • 10 jalepeno slices-halved
  • 2 slices monterey jack cheese-cut into 20 pieces
  • 1 lb raw thin-sliced bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Slice shrimp down the opposite side you deveined.
Lay shrimp cut side up and stuff with one tsp. seafood stuffing
Lay 1/2 jalepeno on top
Cover with slice of cheese
Wrap with strip of bacon
Deep fry or Grill over medium heat until golden brown.
Place 5 on a skewar when grilling.
