Joe's Crab Shack Stuffed Shrimp Enbrochette

Ingredients
- 20 jumbo shrimp-peeled
- 1/2 c. seafood stuffing
- 10 jalepeno slices-halved
- 2 slices monterey jack cheese-cut into 20 pieces
- 1 lb raw thin-sliced bacon
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Slice shrimp down the opposite side you deveined.
Lay shrimp cut side up and stuff with one tsp. seafood stuffing
Lay 1/2 jalepeno on top
Cover with slice of cheese
Wrap with strip of bacon
Deep fry or Grill over medium heat until golden brown.
Place 5 on a skewar when grilling.
