Cauliflower Cheese Sticks

  • 1 lg. head cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 c. cheese (your choice)
  • 1 T. dried basil
  • 2 T. Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste



Step 1

Chop cauliflower in food processor until it's "rice" texture. Don't mash. Place cauliflower in ovenproof dish and bake for 20 minutes at 400*. Place cooled cauliflower in kitchen towel and squeeze as much liquid out as you can (about 1 cup). Mix all ingredients except 1 1/2 c. cheese together. Spread mix on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes at 425*. Then sprinkle the other 1 1/2 c. cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Wait 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving!
