Olive Cracker Spread

  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives (pitted & finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chives (sliced)
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley (chopped)
  • 1 orange (zested)
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 package cream cheese (softened, 8 ounces)
  • 1 package whole wheat wafer crackers
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)



Step 1

In a medium bowl, add the olives, chives, parsley, orange zest, crushed red pepper, and cream cheese. Season with Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix to combine. Remove to a ramekin or serving dish. Serve alongside whole wheat wafer crackers.
