Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin steak, chip steak
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in heavy skillet over high heat.
When water comes to a boil, lower heat and simmer until almost all the water evaporates.
Season with additional salt if necessary.
Serve in hard Italian submarine rolls.
