Ingredients
- 1/2 head lettuce, bite size
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 4 sliced, hard boiled eggs
- 1 – 10 oz. frozen green peas (uncooked)
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper or red pepper
- 1 sliced medium onion
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and diced
- 2 cups mayonnaise with 2 tbsp. sugar (mixed)
- 4 oz. of grated cheese
