• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 cups raws shredded potatoes
• 1/2 small onion minced
• 1 egg well beaten

Step 1

mix dry ingredients in a bowl. stir in potatoes and onion, then add egg, mix togeter until well coated. heat a skillet with oil until very hot. drop spponsfuls of potato mixture onto pan
flatten with spatula, cook until golden brown on both sides
