Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cups flour, divided
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time and beat until fluffy. Stir in vanilla. Sift together 2 cups flour, salt and baking powder. Add cream mixture and beat well. Mix blueberries in the remaining 1 cup flour. Fold into creamed mixture. Butter and sprinkle sugar in 10 inch bundt pan. Pour batter in pan. Bake 350 degree for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix glaze and drizzle over cake.
