Ingredients
- 6 large baking potato
- 2 teaspoons cooking oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- several drops hot pepper sauce
- 8 slices crisp cooked crumbled bacon
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Scrub potatoes. Prick. Bake at 425 for 40 - 45 minutes. Cool.
Cut lengthwise into 4 wedges. Scoop out the insides. Cover and chill leftover for other use. Combine oil, chili powder and pepper sauce. Brush on insides of wedges. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with bacon and onion. Top with cheese. Bake about 10 minutes.
