Mamoo's Sweet Potato Cassarole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 cups cooked, sweet potatoes (mashed)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 / tsp. vanilla
• 1/2 stick margarine (melted)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup flour 1/3 stick oleo
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the ingredients and pour this into a 2 qt. casarole.

Mix topping with a fork and put over the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
