Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. soda
- 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- juice of 1 orange and water to make 3/4 c. liquid
- 2 T. melted butter
- 1 c. whole cranberries
- 1 c. chopped pecans.

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients together and add all of liquids at once. Stir with a wooden spoon to moisten. Stir in cranberries and pecans, reserving some nuts to sprinkle on the top. Scoop into 1 large loaf pan or 2 small loaf pans and let rest for 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
