- Flour
- 1/2 & 1/2 cream
- White wine
- Mushrooms
- Green onions
- Cooked shrimp
- Gruyere cheese
- Crepes

Step 1
Make a thick white sauce (Bechamel) by using 1/2 & 1/2 instead of milk, also add a little bit of white wine. Reserve some sauce for topping. With remainder, add mushrooms, green onions and shrimp. Roll in crepes and top with white sauce and Gruyere cheese. Heat at 350F for 15 minutes. Make 1 cup white sauce for 1 lb shrimp (6-8 crepes)
