Ingredients

  • Cut up fresh fruit such as pineapple, cantaloupe, seedless green or red grapes, strawberries, kiwi, watermelon, carambola (star fruit) and blueberries.
  • Syrup: Shake ingredients in covered jar until sugar dissolves. Recipe is for 4 cups of fruit.
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

Layer in a wide mouthed clear glass or plastic jar. Pour syrup over fruit in jar and refrigerate overnight. (may keep up to 2 days before serving)
