Ingredients
- 4 unpeeled medium baking potatoes
- 2 T cooking oil
- 30 cheddar cheese-flavored crackers, crumbles
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp dill weed
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Cut each potato into 1/4" slices. Place in large bowl. Drizzle with cooking oil. Toss until coated.
Combine remaining 6 ingredients in resealable freezer bag. Add potato slices, a few at a time. Shake until coated. Repeat untl allslices coated. Place on 11 x 17 greased baking sheet. Bake on bottom rack in 450 oven for about 35 oven, turning at half-time, until inside is tender and outside is crisp and lightly browned.
