Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can rotel (can substitute 1 cup salsa)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and rinse black beans and corn and add to bowl.
Add in rotel, do not drain.
Slowly stir in seasonings, being careful not to mash beans.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
