Potato Gratin with Parmesan and Rosemary

Ingredients
- 3 T flour
- 2 1/4 c milk
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 t dried rosemary
- 1/4 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 2 T cream cheese
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 1/2 lbs russet potatoes peeled and sliced into 1/4 in slices

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 9 in round or square pan with PAM.
Put flour in med saucepan on med heat and gradually mix in milk until smooth.
Add garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to simmer.Cook for about 5 min until consistency is creamy. Stir in cream cheese and stir for another 2 min until mixed in. Add parmesan.
Put the potatoes into a large bowl and pour cheese mixture over and mix until covered thoroughly. Pile potatoes into layers and cover with foil. Cook for one hour. Take the foil off and cook for another 25 min until potatoes are browned and tender.
