Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick marg, melted
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6-7 Anjou (or whatever) pears, very ripe, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 T sugar
  • 4 handfuls of grape nuts
  • 1 T vanilla sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix batter. Then add sliced pears. Spray pan.

Mix topping and crumble on top.

Bake at 350° for 45 min.
