Impossible Bacon Pie

• 12 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
• 1 C. shredded natural Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
• 1/3 C. chopped onion
• 2 C. milk
• 1 C. Bisquick
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 X 1 1/2". Sprinkle bacon, cheese & onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingred. until smooth, 15 sec. in blender on high speed or 1 min. with hand beater. Pour evenly into pie plate. Bake until top is golden brown & knife inserted halfway between center & edge comes out clean, 35 to 40 min. Let stand 5 min. before cutting.
