Ingredients
- Topping:
- 3 T. Lemon juice
- 2 T. hot sacue
- 2-3/4 lb. chicken thighs
- 3 T. butter
- 3 T Fresh parsley
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1 T paprika
- 1/8 t. cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
1. Put lemon juice, hot sauce and chicken in large freezer bag. Shake well and chill for one hour. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease large shallow baking pan.
2. Melt butter. Chop parsley and stir with butter and other topping ingredients.
3. Drain thighs and place in baking dish. Brush with butter then roll in topping. Bake for 40 minutes until cooked through and glden brown.
