Ingredients

  • 16 oz. wheat linguine
  • 8 oz. light cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. half cream and half water
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. cooked diced chicken
  • 3 medium Roma tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large pan, cook pasta and drain.
2. While pasta is cooking, in another large pot, combine cream cheese, parmesan, cream and water mixture, water, and butter. Over medium low heat, stir until everything has melted and sauce is smooth after whisking. Stir in chicken and cook over medium heat until chicken is hot. Add pasta and toss.
