Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 8 oz. package of sharp cheddar cheese, grated (2 cups)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, toasted.
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 Tb. prepared mustard
- 1 (3 oz. size) can French Fried Onions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the hamburger and the next 8 ingredients. Mix well. In a different bowl, combine the ketchup and mustard. Stir 1/4 cup of the ketchup mixture into the meat mixture, reserving the remaining ketchup mixture. Press the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place on a broiler pan. Spread the remaining ketchup mixture all over the meatloaf. Bake for 50 minutes. Take out of the oven and top with the French Fried Onions. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
