- 8 slices thick-sliced bacon
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 4 t Dijon mustard
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Place bacon strips on foil-lined rimmed baking pan.
Mix sugar, mustard, and cayenne and brush on bacon. Top with nuts.
Bake 16-18 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Cool 1-2 minutes before removing from pan to serve.
